Privacy Policy

Final policy publishes before public launch. Beta cohort users receive the provisional policy via email.

VisionLab signs you in via Google OAuth. We store your Google email + display name in our Postgres database under your account. Your photos are processed by AI providers (fal.ai for images and video, Anthropic for vision and copy) and stored on Cloudflare R2 under your scoped namespace.

EU users may request data portability or erasure under GDPR Article 15 / 17. India users have equivalent rights under the DPDP Act 2023. Use the cascade-delete control in account settings, or email our grievance officer.

We do not sell personal data. We do not train external AI models on your inputs.
