Final terms publish before public launch. The provisional terms in our pre-launch beta cohort agreement apply until then.
By using VisionLab, you agree to use the service for lawful e-commerce purposes only. Generated outputs carry C2PA provenance metadata and an "AI generated" watermark sized for your jurisdiction (5% in the EU, 10% in India per IT Rules 2026, opt-in elsewhere).
You retain ownership of inputs and outputs you generate. VisionLab retains the right to operate the service, including provider routing, caching, and abuse prevention.
Credits are non-refundable on successful generation. Failed generations are auto-refunded via the credit ledger.
